Help us fight poverty and inequality by putting your skills to good use Oxfam is looking for an Institutional Partnerships Manager (M/F/x) for the Finance Department.
What's the job purpose?
In the Institutional Partnerships department, which consists of six managers and a head of department, you will manage the portfolio of several donors independently.
In your role, you will initiate and maintain relationships with the donors under your direct responsibility, represent Oxfam's interests in various working groups and actively contribute to the definition of guidelines for the relationship between Oxfam and its partners.
Your responsibilities:
In accordance with the criteria defined by the donors, you will participate in the establishment and implementation of the organisation's institutional funding strategy and follow institutional donor contracts throughout its cycle.
In support of the teams in charge of implementing activities, you will contribute to the design of projects, draft, review, finalise and submit proposals. You will be responsible for monitoring contracts related to projects and programmes, ensuring compliance with donor rules and regulations and quality control of reports in accordance with Oxfam's and its donors' rules and standards.
In coordination with the thematic teams and the quality team, you ensure compliance with the Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning (MEAL) process. If necessary, you will make field missions to formulate proposals or control the respect of donor rules during the implementation.
Your profile:
- You have a Master's degree or equivalent by experience;
- You have proficient knowledge of project cycle management methodologies, specially of the formulation step;
- You have experience in one or more of the following areas: food systems, resilience, climate change, gender justice, active citizenship, inequalities, conflict management, social protection, campaigning and advocacy, innovation...
- You are familiar with the NGO sector and have proven experience in the management and/or implementation of institutional funding contracts, notably from the European Union (DG INTPA, DG NEAR, DG RESEARCH) and knowledge of their contractual rules;
- You have a professional level in English, Dutch and French;
- You are enterprising, result-oriented, committed and rigorous;
- You are flexible to travel;
- You adhere to Oxfam's values.
Oxfam offers you:

- A gross monthly salary in line with the NGO sector (min. 2.716€ and max. 4.590€ for 30 years of relevant experience);
