**Jouw taken**:
Aantrekken van international mobility kandidaten

Je zoekt proactief naar geschikte kandidaten en benadert hen actief.

Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten (in het Pools of een andere Oost-Europese taal) en publiceert deze op relevante sociale media.

Binnenkomende sollicitaties verwerk je op een efficiënte manier en je voert intakegesprekken gericht op het vinden van de juiste match. Sterke kandidaten stel je (proactief) voor aan klanten.

Je coördineert rekruteringsprojecten en onderhoudt contacten met recruiters in o.a. Oost-Europa.

Onboarding van international mobility kandidaten

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten rond alles wat hun onboarding betreft, zowel in de job als in het maatschappelijk aspect.

Je helpt mee en geeft advies omtrent de regeling van alle administratieve processen (arbeidscontract, verblijfsdocumenten, planning, etc.)

Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met de klant omtrent de integratie en het dagelijks presteren van de uitzendkrachten.

Opvolging en integratie van de international mobility kandidaten

Bij moeilijkheden of problemen fungeer je als vertaler.

Je ziet toe op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening alsook op de naleving van de afspraken door zowel kandidaat als klant.

Als International Mobility Officer werk je nauw samen met de kantoren, Business Managers en District Managers ter opvolging.

**Je profiel**:
Communicator met een grondige kennis van de sector, de Oost-Europese taal én de cultuur.

Je bent tweetalig, Nederlands en Pools. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.

Je hebt kennis van wervings
- en selectiemethoden. Zowel in denken als in doen ben je flexibel ingesteld. Het is voor jou geen probleem om je naar de verschillende Agilitas-kantoren en klanten te verplaatsen.

Je bent klant
- en kandidaatgericht en hebt uitstekende contact
- en communicatievaardigheden zowel mondeling als geschreven.

Je handelt doelgericht en bent een echte problemsolver.

Prioriteiten beheren is voor jou geen probleem. Je schakelt vlot over van de ene opdracht naar de andere.

Je bent een stressbestendige teamplayer die hands-on tewerk gaat met respect voor deadlines.

Je hebt geen nine-to-five mentaliteit.
