Boekhouder - Tax Specialist

**DE JOB**:
Als Boekhouder-Fiscalist zal je samen met een collega instaan voor de fiscale dossiers en bijhorende interne en externe fiscale vragen. Samen met het voltallige team draag je tevens ook bij voor de boekhoudkundige verwerking van de inventaris vaste activa.
- Organiseren en valideren van de ruwe gegevens voor de verschillende fiscale aangiftes teneinde wettelijke conformiteit te verzekeren en eventuele boetes te vermijden. Je voert onder andere een gerichte controle op de inkomende en uitgaande facturen en je analyseert de contracten en overeenkomsten teneinde een correcte en optimale fiscale toepassing te verzekeren.
- Voorbereiden van rapporten (vennootschapsbelasting, BTW-aangifte, verplichte bijlagen,) teneinde de fiscale administratie te voorzien van de nodige informatie.
- Opvolgen en analyseren van de fiscale wetgeving, via simulaties en berekeningen de impact van deze wetgeving onderzoeken teneinde de organisatie fiscaal te optimaliseren en nieuwe fiscale strategieën voor te stellen.
- Opstellen van interne instructies, informeren, opleiden en adviseren van interne klanten omtrent nieuwe fiscale wetgeving, fiscale verplichtingen om teneinde fiscale expertise te bieden aan de verschillende entiteiten.
- Bestuderen van (complexe) fiscale dossiers, opmaken van betrouwbare en kwalitatieve adviezen voor het management omtrent het naleven van de fiscale regelgeving binnen de organisatie en beheren van fiscale risico's teneinde het management te voorzien van de informatie om beslissingen te kunnen nemen.
- Je waakt erover dat de inventarisbewegingen in overeenstemming zijn met de geldende boekhoudregels en werkt mee aan de continue afstemming tussen de technische en boekhoudkundige inventarissen
In deze functie werk ze nauw samen met een rechtstreekse collega binnen de afdeling Fiscaliteit, alsook met het team Asset Accounting welke uit 5 personen bestaat.
Je werkzetel bevindt zich aan het station Brussel-Zuid.
Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3, en van klasse 7 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of kan gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen in een economische richting.
- Ervaring als boekhouder of fiscalist is een troef.
- Kennis van douanezaken is een pluspunt.
- Je kan vlot werken met Excel en hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring met SAP FiCo.
- Je hebt een professionele kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Je kan je snel inwerken en bouwt vlot samenwerkingen op met nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je deelt spontaan relevante informatie.
