**Wat ga je doen**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken naar nieuwe zelfstandige partners (Verisure independent Promotional Partner) in Vlaanderen.
- Je behandelt inkomende sollicitaties en in geval van positieve screening, plan je een gesprek met de kandidaat in.
- Matcht de kandidaat volgens jou, dan plan je een opvolggesprek in met de Hiring manager.
- Je gaat proactief op zoek naar geschikte profielen en enthousiasmeert hen om zich kandidaat te stellen.
**Wat we van jou verwachten**:
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring (rekrutering of sales)
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieskills en past je aan aan je gesprekspartner
- Je bent enthousiast, gedreven en resultaatgericht en weet dit over te brengen op anderen
