**In Belgium and Luxemburg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus.** Our Belgian headquarters are based in **Zaventem**.
We are currently looking for an **"Approved Used" Manager **to join our team.

**As "Approved Used" Manager, you are responsible for the remarketing part of the Used Cars business towards Toyota and Lexus dealers. You make sure our used cars are sold to the Toyota and Lexus dealers. Next to that, you are responsible for the "Toyota Approved Used" and "Lexus Select Approved" programs.**
- Through the ToyotaDrive or LexusDrive platform, you sell used cars to our Toyota and Lexus dealers.
- You are the project lead of the "Toyota Approved Used" and "Lexus Select Approved" programs. On the one hand, you convince Toyota and/or Lexus dealers to participate to these programs. On the other hand, you follow up whether program participants comply with the required quality standards.
- You build a trusted relationship with our dealers as well as with Toyota Motor Europe.
- You work closely together with the team that sources and purchases used cars.
- You collaborate with colleagues who are operationally responsible for making sure the used cars are uploaded onto the platforms.
- You follow up on slow-moving stock and take sales actions towards the dealers.
- You actively look for optimizations to the ToyotaDrive or LexusDrive platforms.
- You regularly report on our "Approved Used" activities towards Toyota Motor Europe.
- You report to the Inchcape BeLux Used Cars Director.
- You have a deep understanding of the used cars business and remarketing processes and channels.
- Analytical skills
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- You know how to negotiate and go for a win-win situation.
- You are a quick learner and have insight in IT platforms in order to detect optimizations to ToyotaDrive and LexusDrive.
- Result oriented
- You are fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Presentation skills, both in person as digital
