**Job Title: Junior Digital and Brand Management Executive (Vitaflo)**

**Position Summary**

For more than 20 years, Vitaflo has developed innovative specialized clinical nutritional products for inherited metabolic disorders, pediatric kidney disease, and specialized diets such as the ketogenic diet. **Position Summary**

Are you passionate about building and managing brands in the digital age? Do you have a knack for creating engaging and innovative campaigns? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Digital and Brand Management Executive.

In the role of a Junior Digital and Brand Management Executive, your responsibilities will include gaining a deep understanding of our target consumers and ensuring that our brand essence guides all our actions and communications. You will have a significant role in overseeing the development of our brands, both in the long and short term, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing the needs and preferences of our consumers.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing the execution of innovative campaign ideas and engagement strategies. Your goal will be to create attractive and rewarding brand experiences across all contact points.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the omnichannel environment and be able to contribute to strong and functionally-aligned brand and integrated communication plans. You will be responsible for executing local marketing plans for all channels, including HCP, wholesaler, D2C, and pharmacy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute brand campaigns across various channels
- Manage budgets and ensure spending is in line with allocations
- Develop clear and consistent messaging for HCPs and consumers/patients
- Create and implement communication tools and education/training materials
- Draft and edit communications copy for newsletters, publications, social media, and website content
- Coordinate the creation and placement of advertisements for specific brands
- Plan and execute digital media strategies
- Manage web content and execute social media strategies
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and present creative ideas
- Update databases for newsletters and media lists
- Coordinate digital events such as webinars and workshops

**Meet the team**

The Vitaflo France-Benelux team consists of 19 people operating in various departments from 3 countries: Direct-to-HCP sales team, regulatory, marketing, commercial, business support and supply chain. In close cooperation with the shared services from our Global Vitaflo team in Liverpool headquarters, we aim to provide products and services to the patients locally. The primary location for this position is Antwerp but, in this role, you are part of the France-Benelux team with cross border responsibilities, back up and collaboration.

- Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Having a genuine interest in contributing to patients’ lives
- Languages:

- Dutch & French: excellent level speaking & writing
- English : good level speaking & writing
- Undergraduates or graduates in Marketing and/or 1st experience in marketing in the healthcare environment
