This position reports into Brand Activation Lead Skinhealth and is based at Antwerp, Belgium.

**What will you do**

Together with the Brand Activation Lead Skinhealth, the Jr. Brand Activation Manager LPM is responsible for Le Petit Marseillais brand and realize the ambitious growth ambitions for the upcoming years across Benelux.
- Key Responsibilities
- **Portfolio management** **and manage the day-2-day business** for part of the portfolio. LPM has a large portfolio within different subsegments of shower (and some body/soap). You will be responsible for the full portfolio management. Including: local coordination of pipeline, relaunches, AW changes, track business performance and sell-out analysis,
- **Lead & execute the customer activation plan for O/O with excellence**
- o Instore execution & Perfect store: creation of strong 2nd placement & customer activation activities for all Mass customers.
- o Digital content creation & customer activation, in collaboration with Ecomm squad (briefing key visual & align with brand strategy)
- **Lead the creation of strong brand & consumer communication**
- **Overarching responsibility to cluster CE needs and strategy by working closely with the other countries and the franchise team**

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree with focus on digital, economics, communication, media, or marketing
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably as brand/product manager. A first experience with customer activation and retail strategy (mass retail/drug/ecomm) is a plus.
- Fluency in English - Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- High attention to detail
- Advanced writing, editing and communication skills
- Translates insights into actions that challenge the status quo and that reinforce our competitive advantage.
- Problem solver - determines alternative options
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
