Tomorrowland is op zoek naar een ervaren en creatieve Marketing Manager om brand & product marketinginitiatieven te leiden over verschillende kanalen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van 360° marketingstrategieën voor de belangrijkste momenten van het merk, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de marketinginspanningen aansluiten bij de bedrijfsdoelen en resoneren met onze doelgroep.
**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
**Marketingstrategie & Planning**:
- Leid de ontwikkeling van uitgebreide 360° marketingplannen voor belangrijke merk
- en productlanceringen, en zorg voor afstemming over alle marketingkanalen en bedrijfsdoelen.
- Werk samen met cross-functionele teams, waaronder e-commerce, sales, merchandising en creatie, om geïntegreerde marketingcampagnes op te bouwen en uit te voeren die zowel merkbekendheid als productprestaties stimuleren.
- Werk nauw samen met zakelijke partners en interne marketingspecialisten om duidelijke en uitvoerbare marketingstrategieën te ontwikkelen die zowel globale als regionale markten bedienen.
**Brand Storytelling & Campagne-uitvoering**:
- Beheer de Tomorrowland brand storytelling kalender, waarbij consistente en boeiende verhalen worden gegarandeerd met een sterke focus op retail en experiential marketing.
- Ontwikkel en implementeer multi-channel marketingplannen, waarbij digital, social media, PR, retail en content marketing worden geïntegreerd om een consistente en boeiende ervaring voor de klant te creëren.
- Zorg ervoor dat de merkcommunicatie effectief wordt overgebracht en versterk deze via strategische samenwerkingen, influencer marketing en public relations.
**Langetermijnplanning & Samenwerking**:
- Faciliteer langetermijnplanning in samenwerking met de sales
- en merchandisingteams om duidelijke seizoensgebonden marketingprioriteiten vast te stellen, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat marketingcampagnes aansluiten bij productlanceringen, verkoopdoelen en markttendensen.
- Bouw strategische kaders op voor verschillende regio's en kanalen en geef duidelijke richtlijnen aan regionale marketingteams om consistente uitvoering wereldwijd te garanderen.
- Identificeer belangrijke opportuniteiten om marketinginspanningen af te stemmen op sales
- en merchandisingprojecten, zodat de impact van elke campagne over verschillende touchpoints wordt gemaximaliseerd.
**Prestatiemeting & Optimalisatie**:
- Monitor en analyseer de prestaties van marketingcampagnes en maak gebruik van data-gedreven inzichten om toekomstige marketingstrategieën en -initiatieven te optimaliseren.
- Ontwikkel KPI’s om de effectiviteit van merk
- en productmarketinginspanningen te meten en pas de strategieën aan om groei en ROI te stimuleren.
- Evalueer continu markttendensen, consumentengedrag en de concurrentiële situatie om nieuwe marketingkansen te identificeren en voor te blijven op de laatste industrieontwikkelingen.
**MUST-HAVES**
- Minimaal 5-7 jaar ervaring in marketing, bij voorkeur binnen de mode-, lifestyle
- of consumentengoederenindustrieën, met een focus op merk
- en productmarketing.
- Een master
- of bachelordiploma in marketing, communicatie, business of een gerelateerd vakgebied; een gevorderd diploma is een plus.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van 360° marketingcampagnes, van strategie tot uitvoering, over meerdere kanalen.
- Sterke organisatorische en projectmanagementvaardigheden, met het vermogen om meerdere campagnes tegelijk te beheren en strakke deadlines te halen.
- Een balans tussen creatief denken en analytische vaardigheden, met het vermogen om merkvisies om te zetten in uitvoerbare marketingplannen en prestaties te optimaliseren met behulp van data.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, met de capaciteit om cross-functioneel samen te werken en sterke relaties op te bouwen met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Diepgaande kennis van wereldwijde en regionale marketingtrends, consumentengedrag en digitale marketingkanalen.
- Vaardigheid in marketingsoftware, CRM-systemen en analysetools (bijv. Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite).
