Komono is looking for a passionate Brand Manager to join our marketing team, based in Antwerp, Belgium reporting to the Marketing Manager.
**Role And Responsibilities**
**Project Management**:
- Project management is your second name You are responsible for the project planning of the marketing team. You keep an overview of various marketing projects and determine the priorities within these projects.
- You are constantly looking for improvements in the way of working within the teams. You are not afraid to implement new structures and specific work templates. You love to create efficiency in work streams
- You manage a team of 4 people, whereunder a team of 3 Graphic Designers and 1 Junior Brand Manager.
**Brand Communications**:
- You support the Marketing Manager with the set-up and follow-up of the yearly brand communication plan.
- You help ensure the effective implementation of the long-term brand and communication strategy across content, campaigns, markets, and platforms.
- Together with your team you are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of our earned media.
- You know how to set-up clear KPI’s for your campaigns and use these KPI’s to improve your results.
**Content Creation**:
- Together with the Junior Brand Manager you are responsible for PR, Influencer Marketing & Earned Social Media Strategy.
- You work in close collaboration with the Paid Digital Media & E-commerce Team to ensure consistency between paid & organic content creation.
- You project manage creative agencies and freelancers from briefing to production and implementation in order to successfully implement integrated campaigns.
**About you**:
- You’re a strong communicator and an engaging team collaborator.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in similar roles in marketing.
- Hold a Master Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, etc. or equivalent through experience.
- You are analytically strong and know how to set-up strong campaigns based on performance numbers.
- You have strong affinity with Digital Marketing (incl. Influencer Marketing) and have a creative mindset.
