As our Brand Manager you have a true passion for marketing, branding & design. You are responsible for the quality and consistency of our on
- and offline marketing campaigns and you will develop a clear brand strategy that resonates with our target audience and the current economic climate. You will manage the social media team and work closely together with the project managers to make sure the brand is safeguarded at all time.

**General responsibilities**
- Develop, innovate and protect our brand strategy, in line with our target audience and the constantly evolving social media & marketing landscape
- Collaborate with design & project teams to develop campaigns and collections that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Manage and challenge the social media team (3pax) on their social media buildups and creative work. Content is key.
- Implement social media and communication innovations within the company and integrate these in our social media strategy.
- Initiate, negotiate and manage brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage the brand's budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the brand.
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and other industry events.
**Profile**
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent.
- You have a first work experience in a brand management position, and you understand perfectly what a brand like Suspicious Antwerp needs towards the future.
- You are a branding & social media addict, and you are on top of anything new in the scene.
- You are based in Belgium or willing to relocate.
**Skills**
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
