Luminus, a leading energy provider in Belgium, is on the search for a dynamic and visionary (Senior) Manager to steer our Decarbonization Service team (DST) within the BtB division. This role focuses on aiding our BtB clientele in their transition to a carbon-neutral future by implementing groundbreaking initiatives that reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Craft the overarching ambition and strategy for Luminus’s Decarbonization Services for the upcoming years. This includes designing the mid-term plan with associated budgets and collaborating with sales managers across segments to define a compelling Luminus value proposition, ensuring alignment with Luminus strategy.
- **Operational Excellence**: Spearhead the creation and execution of operational plans, manage day-to-day department operations, and maintain effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a coherent decarbonation journey for customers from initial analysis to project delivery and CSRD-compliant reporting.
- **Market Expansion**: Define and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for targeted segments, cultivate partnerships within and beyond the Luminus group, and explore new avenues for service expansion, including innovative technologies and potential mergers and acquisitions.
- **Customer Experience**: Develop a seamless end-to-end customer journey, coordinating billing processes, and optimize service delivery in partnership with the BtB marketing team.
- **Team Building**: Recruit and lead a skilled team, set clear performance goals, and encourage a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Ensure your team has the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
- **Process & Technology Management**: Decide on the make-or-buy strategy for each service, manage partner agreements, oversee the implementation of quality control measures, and select robust IT systems to support scalability.
- ** Education**:Either a Master level in Civil Engineering or in Economics / Business Administration (or related), is highly preferred.
- **Entrepreneurial Drive**: You should exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen on seizing opportunities in an emerging market.
- **Leadership & Diplomacy**: Your role as a leader requires you to inspire, mentor, and bring together individuals and teams, ensuring harmonious operations and alignment behind shared goals.
- **Market Acumen**: A solid track record in business development, preferably in the b2b decarbonation field, will be valued, alongside a Mastery in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential.
- **Personal Attributes**: You should be adept at building relationships, structuring, organizing, negotiating complex deals, and energizing others for the cause of decarbonization.

**Job Dimension**:

- You will be leading a team of 3-4 direct reports with significant autonomy within your domain, reporting directly to the Director BtB to synchronize with the company's overarching strategies.
