Loxam BeLux compte 180 employés et les 3 divisions sont en pleine expansion:

- **Loxam Rental** : responsable de la location d'équipements de construction professionnels
- **Loxam Access** : spécialisée dans la location de nacelles élévatrices.

**Fonction**:

- Vous parviendrez à acquérir une solide connaissance des différents progiciels utilisés au sein de Loxam en peu de temps.
- Vous aurez l'occasion de définir et de mettre en œuvre l'architecture du système d'entrepôt de données. Vous garantirez également sa maintenance continue.
- Au moyen de rapports ad hoc, vous rendez les données disponibles et utilisables pour les différentes business units et départements.
- En étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes de nos 3 business units, vous analysez leurs besoins. Vous répondez à leurs besoins en développant et en mettant en œuvre des tableaux de bord conviviaux et des outils de visualisation des données. En collaboration avec la maison mère et d'autres business unites à l'international vous développez des outils en Power BI
- Vous gérez le flux de données et contrôlez en permanence la qualité de la base de données
- Vous détectez rapidement les écarts de données grâce à des contrôles réguliers. Une analyse approfondie des causes fondamentales vous permet ensuite de corriger efficacement ces écarts.
- Des règles de qualité des données et des instructions claires pour l'établissement et la mise à jour des listes de prix et d'inventaire augmentent la valeur ajoutée pour l'entreprise et contribuent à l'amélioration de la qualité des données.
- Vous contribuez à l'instauration d'une culture axée sur les données au sein de l'entreprise.
- Vous supervisez ou dirigez de nouveaux projets ou l'implémentation de logiciels et étudiez l'impact sur les données avant même que des problèmes ne surviennent lors de l'implémentation.

Tâches supplémentaires:
**Profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence ou d'une maîtrise en économie ou en informatique et pouvez vous prévaloir d'une expérience de trois ans dans le domaine de la qualité des données ou de l'analyse des données.
- Vous travaillez couramment avec Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Visual Basics. Vous êtes familiarisé(e) avec les modèles et structures de données logiques et avez de l'expérience avec les outils de visualisation et de modélisation des données.
- Vous reconnaissez les causes et les effets et voyez rapidement où des améliorations peuvent être apportées à notre gestion des données.
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec les collègues de notre département informatique à Paris et les différents utilisateurs finaux au sein de l'entreprise.
