Production Data-analystVoor onze productie site te Ninove zijn we op zoek naar een Production Data-analyst.
**Jouw functie**:
- In deze rol ben je enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de productielijnen patisserie, zowel op korte, middellange als lange termijn. Je houdt rekening met verschillende factoren als promoties, events, lijncapaciteit, etc
- De opgestelde planning dient als basis voor personeels
- en grondstoffenplanning; je stemt hiervoor af met supervisors en de dienst herbevoorrading.
- Anderzijds bestaat jouw taak er voor een groot deel in om data van uitgevoerde producties te verzamelen en te analyseren in de daarvoor bestemde systemen.
- Je werkt jou grondig in de gebruikte systemen voor dataverzameling en productieplanning in en wordt dé wizard in deze systemen voor je collega's in de productie.
- De door jou opgeleverde KPI’s bieden inzichten over planning
- en productie-efficiëntie, die kunnen leiden tot bijsturingen en verbetervoorstellen op verschillende domeinen.
- Jouw rol, waarin je relevante data verzamelt over de productie, draagt zo actief bij aan het bouwen van een cultuur van “Continuous Improvement” in de site.
- Ten slotte hoort ook het optimaliseren en automatiseren van de planningsprocessen tot jouw takenpakket, dit in samenwerking met jouw collega’s van Supply Chain.
Als Production Data-analyst rapporteer je aan onze Productiemanager Patisserie.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je bezit minimum een Bachelor diploma in een analytische of voedingsgerelateerde studierichting
- Je houdt van data verzamelen en analyseren en omzetten naar informatie. Je verwerft snel inzicht in IT-systemen voor data-management en productieplanning.
- Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit verzamelde data uit de systemen, die je weliswaar ook verifieert met de realiteit van de productie. Hiervoor ga je geregeld in overleg met de meestergasten om problemen te analyseren en gepaste oplossingen te detecteren.
- Je hebt een passie voor voeding en combineert dit met een sterke interesse in een productieomgeving.
- Je bent een teamplayer organisatorisch sterk, houdt van efficiëntie en problemsolving.
- Stressbestendigheid, dynamiek en flexibiliteit zijn je sleutelwoorden.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office en Excel, waarin je een doorgedreven kennis hebt, ook omtrent functies en draaitabellen.
- Kennis van SAP, PowerBI en Objective strekt tot aanbeveling
- Je leert snel nieuwe programma’s aan en houdt ervan je te verdiepen in de logica en werking van het systeem.
