**Head Business Unit Oncology BeLux**:
As Business Unit Director you will **maximise the business opportunities of a defined Oncology product portfolio** ensuring the best implementation of global GSK strategies within the requirements of the local environment, and maximising value, through the appropriate investment of resources and the management, leadership and coaching of
- ZEJULA marketing and sales force for BeLux market;
- BLENREP marketing and sales force for BeLux market;
- JEMPERLI optimization

and ensure alignment and collaboration with other departments such as medical, market access, support teams. Furthermore, the Business Unit Head is responsible for feeding in relevant clinical/medical, commercial and access insight/needs to ensure optimal future reimbursement and launches in BeLux market.

You will be an active member of the Local Operating Company (LOC) management team to ensure the right decision made for the delivery of our performance with the right culture.

**Your responsibilities**:
As a leader, you will:

- Lead the Oncology area, taking accountability and ownership for the cross-functional team and execution & being ambitious for patients. Accountable for governance in the BU and where appropriate across the LOC.
- Advocate and translate GSK global strategies into deliverable outcomes, via local actionable objectives incl. stretching goal-setting, flawless execution and performance measurement
- Be accountable to realise the value of the Oncology portfolio via qualitative and quantitative objectives, promoted by his /her business unit, in a GSK where Oncology is increasingly important
- Coach the team and influence the wider cross-functional team, to support their performance and development in a spirit of continuous improvement.
- As a member of the LOC Management Team, actively contribute to the LOC decision-making process, be accountable for the overall LOC performance and develop trusted business relations with a selected group of Key External Experts.
- Be the key point of contact between the local organisation and the global teams to deliver our strategy.
- Live the GSK values and act as a role model to do the right thing internally and externally.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_
- MSc/MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing Commercial
- Proven depth of experience in Oncology sales, marketing and leadership roles (equivalent to 10+ years of experience in business & commercial roles) in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:_
- MSc/MBA Degree in Business Administration
