**Job omschrijving**

Als Procesoptimalisatie Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid in farmaceutische productieprocessen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen, met bijzondere aandacht voor milieu
- en gezondheidsnormen. Bovendien ben je betrokken bij gegevensanalyse en draag je bij aan de groei en innovatie van het bedrijf.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Jouw voornaamste focus ligt op het handhaven van de productiebereidheid en het implementeren van efficiëntieverbeteringen voor toegewezen processen, met behoud van aandacht voor veiligheid, milieuvriendelijke praktijken en kwaliteit.
- Opvolgen en optimaliseren van toegewezen chemische processen.
- Voorbereiding van campagnes en ondersteuning van onderzoeken naar procesgerelateerde afwijkingen.
- Optimalisatie van capaciteit en procesverbeteringen voor de toegewezen processen.
- Ondersteuning van dagelijkse activiteiten in de productie, zoals probleemoplossing, campagneopvolging, procesvalidatie, enz.
- Vertegenwoordiging voor productieactiviteiten in lokale of wereldwijde teams, zoals API-technische teams, overdrachtsteams, lean-projectteams, projecten voor procesuitmuntendheid, installatieprojecten voor apparatuur, enz.
- Ondersteuning bij audits.
- Bij voorkeur: Genereren van rapporten/dashboards en het analyseren van procesprestaties door middel van statistische analyse van procesgegevens.

**Profiel**
- Een diploma in Engineering of Wetenschap (bij voorkeur bio-ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur of scheikunde). Master/PhD-diploma of equivalent.
- Specifieke kennis van farmaceutische productieprocessen, producten en/of apparatuur, met name in de chemische synthese.
- Kennis van systemen en procedures op het gebied van API-productie.
- Kennis van procesontwikkeling en vereiste analyses in de chemische synthese.
- Ervaring in IT/automatiseringssystemen, gegevensanalyse en datamining wordt zeer gewaardeerd.
