**Your mission**
As COO, you will be at the heart of the action, playing a key role not only in management but also in the execution of daily operations. You will drive strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious KPIs, manage our dynamic team and external consultants, oversee supply and logistics, while handling marketing, administrative, legal, and financial aspects. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth running and operational efficiency of our growing company.

**Who are we looking for?**
We are in search of an experienced operational manager with a solid background in project management and leadership, ideally gained in the e-commerce sector. Your career should demonstrate at least 5 years of success in similar roles, where dynamism, versatility, and ambition were key to your progress. Ready to take the reins of a thriving scale-up, you must have perfect mastery of both French and English.

**Required skills**
Proven expertise in e-commerce and mastery of associated tools within a start-up, scale-up, or SME. Proven ability to define and execute a growth strategy. Ability to lead teams, consultants, and day-to-day operations. Ability to analyze trends and performance to fuel marketing decision-making based on tangible data, while measuring the impact of campaigns to ensure optimal return on investment. Significant experience or strong affinity with digital marketing. Creativity in creating marketing campaigns is a real asset. Mastery of administrative, legal, tax, and financial aspects of a growing company in the European and US markets. Excellent communication in French and English, both orally and in writing.
