Yuzzu is momenteel op zoek naar een **Head of Strategy, Tech & Innovation.**

**Wat zijn je belangrijkste doelstellingen?**

Je rapporteert aan de CMOO en speelt een sleutelrol in de groeistrategie:
Transversale samenwerking met alle klantgerichte afdelingen: Marketing, Partnerships, Sales

& Services en Claims.

De strategie van het bedrijf en zijn niet-financiële KPI's bepalen en opvolgen via
marktonderzoek en regelmatige kwantitatieve rapportering aan het Directiecomité. Advies
verlenen om onze positie als toonaangevende directe verzekeraar op de Belgische markt te
behouden.

Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de strategie en de doelstellingen voor bepaalde projecten binnen

onze samenwerking met de AXA Groep, zoals
Doelgroepen uit kansarme sociale milieus (« vulnerable clients »).
Het begrijpen van end-to-end klantbehoeften met behulp van nieuwe voorspellende

analysetechnieken (via econometrische modellen en in samenwerking met data scientist
profielen, intern of extern).

De omzetting van de Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive op het gebied van
duurzaamheid in de activiteiten van het bedrijf, in samenwerking met het Finance
departement en dit binnen milieu, sociale en governance domeinen.

Bestaande operationele processen zoveel mogelijk vereenvoudigen door automatisering of

digitalisering, in nauwe samenwerking met het support/performance management van de
operationele teams.

Integreer nieuwe technologieën, zoals artificiële intelligentie en automatisch lezen van

document, om de efficiëntie te verbeteren en tijd te besparen voor de operationele teams.

Als onderdeel van de operationele weerbaarheid kritieke processen/diensten binnen het bedrijf
identificeren en het opstellen van een actieplan dat de onderbreking van deze diensten kan
opvangen. Ervoor zorgen dat er een goede crisismanagementprocedure is.

In het algemeen verantwoordelijk zijn voor innovatie binnen het bedrijf en manieren
onderzoeken om waarde toe te voegen aan de P&L op de middellange en lange termijn.

Door de aard van zijn functie werkt de Head of Strategy, Tech & Innovation transversaal samen met
alle departementen binnen de organisatie.

Je hebt een analytisch, gestructureerd en synthetisch profiel, waardoor je snel een granulair

expertise niveau bereikt, terwijl je in staat bent om de essentiële boodschappen op een
didactische manier over te brengen en de nodige interne of externe buy-in te creëren.

Je hebt een grote belangstelling voor klanttevredenheid en je kunt je verplaatsen in hun situatie,
hun standpunt inschatten en empathie tonen voor hun waargenomen emoties.

Je hebt solide projectmanagementvaardigheden. Je bent georganiseerd, nauwgezet en kunt
anticiperen op problemen.

Je hebt een 360° visie, je communiceert gemakkelijk, je werkt samen en je kunt goed luisteren.

Je durft beslissingen te nemen en ambitieuze oplossingen voor te stellen zonder de
klantervaring uit het oog te verliezen.

Je bent resultaatgericht.

Je kunt goed overweg met Microsoft Office-programma's, Excel, Powerpoint en Word.

Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs en/of ten minste 10 jaar werkervaring in een functie
waarin projectmanagement, luisteren naar klanten en het analyseren van cijfers essentieel zijn.

Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels
