Fednot is de beroepsvereniging van notarissen.
Dankzij de dagelijkse investering van bijna 200 werknemers kunnen notarissen in de essentiële momenten van hun leven (samenwonen/huwelijk, een huis kopen, een bedrijf starten,...) kwaliteitsvolle diensten aanbieden aan de burgers.
Fednot speelt een voortrekkersrol met een breed scala aan innovatieve diensten en oplossingen op maat. Notariskantoren kunnen bij ons terecht voor juridisch advies, software-ondersteuning, advies over het beheer van hun kantoor en HR-oplossingen.

**Uw missie**
Als Elearning & Development Expert neem je actief deel aan de voortdurende digitale transformatie in het Belgische notariaat. Om dit te doen, maak je het voor notarissen en hun medewerkers gemakkelijker om de applicaties te gebruiken die nodig zijn voor een efficiënte opvolging van dossiers binnen het kantoor.
Notarissen en hun medewerkers ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van hun vaardigheden in het gebruik van digitale oplossingen die binnen de Federatie van het Notariaat zijn ontwikkeld.
Je maakt deel uit van het team Go for Change van het departement Marketing & Communicatie. Je hebt een sleutelrol in de organisatie door je contacten met andere departementen (Product management, IT, Legal, enz.). Je werkt actief mee aan de globale doelstellingen van de Federatie via je plaats binnen de verschillende clusters van activiteiten.
**Uw rol**
- De functionaliteiten van applicaties begrijpen en vertalen op een heldere, pedagogische en innovatieve manier.
- Opleidingsmateriaal ontwikkelen dat aangepast is aan de behoeften van notarissen en medewerkers (eLearning, video, handleiding, webinar, demo, enz.) in samenwerking met belanghebbende partijen.
- Notarissen en hun medewerkers ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van hun vaardigheden op het gebied van de digitale applicaties die hen ter beschikking worden gesteld.
- Feedback van gebruikers verzamelen en de opvolging ervan verzorgen om bij te dragen aan de evolutie van de oplossingen die worden aangeboden aan notarissen en hun medewerkers.
- Nauw samenwerken met de leden van de verschillende transversale clusters (IT, Business, Legal, enz.) om digitale oplossingen continu te verbeteren.
- Ondersteunen van verandering binnen het notariaat door het creëren van kwalitatief hoogstaand trainingsmateriaal.
**Uw profiel**
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en hebt ervaring op het gebied van training/ontwikkeling van vaardigheden;
- Ervaring in het notariaat en/of de juridische sector is een pluspunt;
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en je spreekt vlot Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt;
- Kennis van tools zoals Adobe, Articulate of andere eLearning tools is een pluspunt;
- Je vindt het leuk om transversaal samen te werken met mensen uit verschillende domeinen (Business, Legal, IT, enz.);
- Je leert snel bij, bent proactief en hebt een analytische geest;
- Je bent een teamspeler en draagt je steentje bij om de doelen van het team te bereiken;
- Je bent creatief, bereid om continu te evolueren en bij te dragen aan continue verbetering;
- Je vindt het leuk om met de wagen op pad te zijn om lokale workshops/opleidingen te geven binnen het notariaat (+/- 10% van je tijd).
