No possibility to have holidays in July, possibility to book holidays for the remaining months but in agreement with the rest of the team.

For this function we are looking for someone with a background in sales administration:
You are the first point of contact for non-technical sales related questions from customers and account managers in which you take on an important role in the orchestration and follow up of the requests.
- You are responsible for the creation of customer quotes at the request of customers and sales managers.
- You are responsible for leads assignment and follow up
- You provide your customers with the relevant answers to all of their questions in the preparation of their orders. You coordinate the collection of information and documents from different internal sources to achieve this.
- You are managing and monitoring data quality in our CRM tool (Salesforce) and follow-up on new entries when required.
- You are in charge of coordinating tender participation processes
- Other sales support tasks

- You have a customer oriented and team minded attitude
- You have a pro-active, problem solving mindset and no fear of taking initiative
- You have attention for detail
- You have strong communication skills in verbal and in writing. Excellent knowledge of English. Dutch is a plus, but not necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce is considered a big plus
