We are looking for a new Administrative Assistance/ Secretary's

The tasks you will have to do will are:

- Organizing files
- Preparing documents
- Managing office supply inventory
- Scheduling appointment & answering calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Making invoices

What we require in a person:

- You can work individualy but also great in a team.
- You are flexible and accurate.
- Speaking and writing in Dutch and English fluently, French is a pluspoint.
- You have a strong numerical understanding and structured process.
- You can work with Office, mainly Excell and Word.
- Experience is not required since we provide an internal training.
