**Description/Role**:
As a Combined Team & Scrum Manager in the Customer Operations Back Office Tribe, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of key business processes. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual who excels in people management, operational excellence, and agile methodology. You will guide a team of 16 process analysts and help them grow in their roles. These process analysts are the guardians for the Customer Operations Back Office tribe on all continuous ongoing deliverables and changes in our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Leadership**:
- Organize and optimize workloads, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with the delivery organization in close collaboration with the Tribe Product Owner.
- Manage the transition to TIES 3.0 agile methodology by May 1st, ensuring the team adapts smoothly.
- Oversee daily team management, including one-to-ones, engagement, and growth activities.
- Ensure the team follows agile practices, including sprint backlog planning, EPICS initiatives, and stories
- **Effective Communication**:
- Clearly and concisely communicate expectations, objectives, and changes to team members.
- Act as a liaison between internal and offshore team members (4 team members in India)
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other tribes to ensure seamless collaboration.
- **Decision Making**:
- Make timely and informed decisions based on available data, considering the potential impact on short
- and long-term goals.
- Handle last-minute changes and prioritize tasks effectively to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the Tribe Product Owner to ensure decisions are aligned with the overall strategic goals.
- **Agile Environment**:
- Work in an agile environment, closely collaborating with the agile delivery organization.
- Manage the team's backlog end-to-end, ensuring it is aligned with other tribes' requirements.
- Act as a full guardian for the team's agile practices, ensuring proper period setting and backlog management.
- **People Management**:
- Conduct daily team management, one-to-ones, engagement, and growth activities.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, ensuring team members are motivated and engaged.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- **Backlog Management**:
- Manage the team's backlog end-to-end, ensuring it is aligned with other tribes' requirements.
- Ensure the team is prepared for operational readiness and business acceptance testing.
- Oversee the definition of ready and operational readiness for new products and services.
- **Stakeholder Interaction**:
- Ensure effective collaboration with other tribes and business units to support their development initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master.
- **Technical Background**:
- **Agile Mindset**:
Proven experience in agile methodologiesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Capable of making informed decisions and managing priorities.

**Must have skills**:
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience
- Strong people management skills
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and X-ray
- Ability to manage operational readiness and business acceptance testing
**Nice to have skills**:
- Experience with CRM systems and RPA solutions
- Familiarity with incident follow-up tools like RemedyForce
- Ability to provide an outside-in perspective and suggest improvements
