As our main technical point of contact you will:

- Assist our customers through mail and by phone to provide them with a first class support experience
- Be one of the key persons within our organization to provide technical input and support to the various departments to help us improve our products
- Occasionally assist the sales department in providing internal and external trainings to our distributors worldwide or to assist at customer events such as international tradeshows or open days
- Plan the onsite interventions of our technical department
- Maintain inventory levels of our spare parts

**Profil**:

- Bachelor degree in Electro mechanics or any other relevant technical education
- Good verbal and written skills
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French is mandatory
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office or Apple

- Enthusiastic and solution-minded personality
- A hands-on mentality with an excellent client focus and passion for technology
- Stress resistant
- Well organized and good at planning
- Experience with heat pumps or led lights is an advantage
