**Le centre de distribution de Retail Partners Colruyt Group approvisionne plus de 380 commerçants indépendants. En tant que team leader junior logistique, vous serez formé pour accompagner, coacher et motiver une équipe de 30 collaborateurs. Ensemble, vous veillez au bon déroulement de toutes les livraisons.**

En tant que team leader junior logistique, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:

- Vous suivez tout d’abord un **programme de formation basé sur votre expérience**. Vous effectuez différents stages pratiques et vous familiarisez avec notre centre de distribution.
- Vous obtenez progressivement **plus de responsabilités** et **développez de nouvelles compétences** dans un contexte sécurisé. C'est aussi l'occasion de montrer si vous avez ce qu'il faut pour devenir un chef de service.
- Vous veillez à ce que tous les **processus quotidiens** se déroulent sans encombre et en toute sécurité, et cherchez des solutions pour travailler encore plus efficacement.
- Vous **collaborez avec les autres team leaders** ainsi que l’ensemble des services centraux et faites rapport à l’un des chefs de service de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.

Vous travaillez au sein du centre de distribution de Retail Partners Colruyt Group à **Malines**, dans un système de deux équipes.

**Profil**:

- ** Formation et expérience** - Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou justifiez d’une expérience équivalente.
- ** Flexibilité** - Vous travaillez selon un système d’équipes. Vous ne voyez aucun inconvénient à travailler en soirée, le week-end ou selon des horaires variables.
- ** Pragmatisme** - Il est impossible de répertorier toutes vos tâches dans des listes et procédures. Toutefois, vous n’en avez pas besoin. Vous voyez par vous-même ce qu’il y a lieu de faire. Et vous le faites, tout simplement.
- ** Gestion d’équipe** - Vous aimez les rapports humains et souhaitez encore vous améliorer dans le coaching et la motivation de vos collègues.
- ** Connaissances linguistiques** - En tant que francophone, vous maîtrisez le néerlandais.
