**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen de directie ‘Underwriting Non Life & Life Broker Channel’ staat de dienst ‘Process Underwriting Non Life’ in voor het bepalen, verbeteren en herwerken van de processen die specifiek gelinkt zijn aan de activiteiten van onderschrijving en beheer van de contracten. Deze activiteiten houden verband met de segmenten Particulieren, Kleine Ondernemingen & Ondernemingen (makelaars
- en bankkanaal).

We zijn op zoek naar een **manager voor het team ‘Process Underwriting Non Life’**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een klein team van ‘process officers’ dat innovatie
- en verbeteringsprojecten leidt in verband met de workflows bij de onderschrijving en het beheer van contracten.
- Je ontwikkelt een visie voor het operationeel excellent onderschrijven en beheren van AG Insurance-contracten waardoor we onze doelstellingen zo goed mogelijk kunnen verwezenlijken en bijdragen tot de resultaten van de onderneming (op het vlak van groei, dienstverlening, kwaliteit en productiviteit).
- Je ontwerpt nieuwe of herontwerpt bestaande processen en je adviseert verbeteringsacties. Je maakt deze processen zichtbaar en doet ze vlot stromen. Samen met de verschillende stakeholders bepaal je de te volgen aanpak om deze projecten te verwezenlijken.
- Je ontwikkelt en plant opleidingen om de nodige vaardigheden te helpen ontwikkelen om deze visie in de praktijk te brengen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de beheerdiensten emissie, als echte partners, om hen zo goed mogelijk bij te staan in hun workflow en bij de verbetering daarvan.
- Je analyseert en monitort de flow en de performance van onze onderschrijvings
- en beheerprocessen van de contracten.
- Je beheert een projectportefeuille met focus op operational excellence en je neemt alle aspecten van het beheer van een project/programma voor jouw rekening: budgetopvolging, toewijzing van de middelen, prioriteitenbeheer, kwaliteitscontrole van de inhoud,...
- In dat kader werk je samen met verschillende diensten (Business Solutions, IT, Product Development, beheerdiensten Emissie, Legal, Finance,).

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je beschikt over technische kennis van verzekeringen en de verzekeringsproducten Non Life. Operationele ervaring met onderschrijving en beheer van contracten is een troef.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een universitair diploma met een kwantitatieve/statistische insteek.
- Je bent vertrouwd met value stream mapping, en je kan methoden en technieken voor operational excellence concreet toepassen.
- Je hebt 5 jaar relevante ervaring op het vlak van peoplemanagement en/of project-/operationeel excellent procesmanagement.
- Je bent ondernemend, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht.
- Je werkt methodisch, analytisch, flexibel en nauwgezet.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
- Je kan goed communiceren, inspireren en onderhandelen.
- Je hebt een heel goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een troef.
- Je kan goed overweg met Word, Excel, Visio en PowerPoint.
