**The Role**:
As a Business Development Representative, you are focused on working closely with our account management team in order to identify potential upsell & cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. With excellent communication skills, rapport-building and a structured approach you will have a direct impact on creating sales pipeline, contributing to the overall revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work in a structured approach to identify accounts with a high opportunity to grow the current user levels
- Gather marketing information related to customers, competitors, and pricing
- Qualifying outbound leads to understand their business challenges as they relate to expense management and assess if and how Rydoo can help Adhere to Rydoo’s Information Security Policy, best practices and participate in regular security trainings
**Requirements**:
- A natural hunter personality - you love getting into the details of a customer and finding out who they are and what they are looking for.
- A people-first approach - you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a yes
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level; other languages such as Germand and Dutch are a plus)
- 1 to 2 years of experience selling a B2B SaaS solution (previous SDR or outbound sales experience highly valued)
- Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics
- Highly organized and can easily adapt to change
- A growth mindset - has demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
- Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Being a compassionate, unselfish, and a true team player
**Practicalities**:
- You’ll be reporting to the SDR / BDR Manager
- You’ll be part of the Sales team
- Location: Mechelen
