Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un Claim Handler pour les contrats de service.

En tant que Claim Handler contrats de service, vous êtes responsable du traitement correct et rapide des claims relatifs aux contrats de service.

Vous veillez à la qualité des claims ; ce faisant, vous fournissez régulièrement un retour d'informations proactif et correctif à notre réseau de concessionnaires. Par exemple, vous êtes responsable de la formation et des audits dans votre domaine.

Vous consacrez également du temps à l'analyse et formulez des propositions d'amélioration.

Par le biais de divers canaux de communication, vous tenez le réseau de concessionnaires au courant des changements, des nouveautés, etc. dans le domaine de la gestion et de l'administration des contrats de service.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique en relation avec tous les départements de notre entreprise.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Traitement correct et en temps voulu des claims contractuels
- Analyse des claims et formulation de propositions d'amélioration
- Recueillir les réactions du marché et les transmettre de manière structurée aux personnes/départements concernés au sein de Volvo Trucks.
- Organisation de formations et d'audits sur les claims relatifs aux contrats de service
- Publication de bulletins sur les contrats de service sur notre portail des concessionnaires

**Expérience, connaissances et compétences**:

- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans l'industrie automobile/camion.
- Vous avez une connaissance de base de la mécanique automobile et/ou de la technologie des camions.
- Vous avez des compétences analytiques et le souci du détail.
- Vous pouvez influencer les gens en expliquant la politique et les faits de manière claire.
- Vous êtes trilingue : NL, FR, ENG
