Wat ga je doen als Account Manager Partner Sales?

Als voltijdse Account Manager Partner Sales bij CWS ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitdiepen van de relatie met indirecte klanten in heel België alsook het zoeken naar nieuwe opportuniteiten. In deze buitendienst sales functie ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor retentie en uitbreiding van onze partnerships met facilitaire bedrijven, de winstgevendheid en de klanttevredenheid van de klanten B2B in jouw portefeuille voor onze Hygiene divisie.- Je voorkomt contractbeëindiging bij je partners en zoekt naar mogelijkheden tot verbreding van onze dienstverlening en het daarbij horende verdienmodel;- Je analyseert en bewaakt de winstbijdrage en omzet op klantniveau en op je totale portefeuille;- Je zorgt voor new business bij onze bestaande partnerships;- Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de branche, luistert aandachtig naar de behoeften en wensen van jouw klant en doet aan de hand hiervan verbeter
- en innovatievoorstellen;- Je realiseert jouw eigen kwartaaldoelstellingen en zet je actief in deze te verwezenlijken;- Je vormt een belangrijke spil tussen de klant, onze serviceorganisatie, logistiek en Customer Care afdeling;- Je brengt op regelmatige basis bezoeken aan je klanten, de grote spelers op de markt;

- en denkniveau aangevuld met minstens 3-5 jaar commerciële ervaring in een buitendienst, B2B-omgeving;- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen, bent zeer communicatief en hebt een hoog energieniveau;- Je hebt een sterke wil om te winnen, kunt zelf overzicht en structuur aanbrengen en wil graag blijven werken aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling;- Commerciële en publieke prijsaanvragen klinken je niet onbekend in de oren en je hebt ervaring met zware onderhandelingen;- Onze kernwaarden zijn: de klant op één, elkaar de ruimte geven om onszelf te zijn, iedere dag verbeteren, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en streven naar succes.
