**La Mission**:
L’efficacité opérationnelle et financière du transport ainsi que son rôle sociétal et écologique deviennent de plus en plus cruciaux au fil du temps. Ceci nécessite un focus sur l’efficacité et la productivité du transport et des outils performants de planification et de suivi des opérations et d’informations ainsi que les déviations par rapport aux cibles. Afin de faire des plans d’optimisation du flux complet, la création et des KPI permettant le suivi des prestations sont indispensable.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Définir, organiser, planifier, implémenter et assurer la gouvernance de projets qui fournissent des outils fiables de captation de la volumétrie à transporter et des possibilités de combinaisons de flux
- Assurer la pérennité des outils d’interface de planification et de transport
- Et le développement ou les modifications des outils transversaux à l’augmentation de leur efficacité.
- Remonter et développer les KPI permettant de donner de la visibilité à la direction sur l’efficacité du domaine concerné et de permettre de prendre les plans d’action nécessaires.
- Coordonner et gérer sur le terrain les actions correctrices entre les différents acteurs.

**Le périmètre** : tous les transporteurs, centres de distribution en livraison centrales et leurs magasins associés ainsi que le transport des ateliers vers les centres de distribution.

**Les objectifs**: augmenter le jit de livraison en magasin et le degré de communication efficace des dysfonctionnements éventuels ainsi que le développement des outils pour permettre aux planificateurs et opérateurs de gagner en efficacité.

**Les tâches importantes**:
Reporting
- (des opérations nuit, matin, tour 2, des actions Amonts réalisées par le transporteur externe);
- JIT, récap des KPI de la semaine -1 avec recommandations d’amélioration recommandation d’amélioration, jit mensuel pour le Comex;
- kpi jit-out des prestations de MAQ, Annonces, Départs et Arrivées par BU, Centres de distributions et type de véhicule + recommandations.

Suivi et augmentation de l’efficacité de(s) outil(s):

- Jit-out et ses interfaces opérationnelles et entreprendre des actions correctrices si nécessaire.
- de planification et prise d’ actions correctrices si cela s’impose.
- Shippeo et entreprendre des actions correctrices si nécessaire en direct avec le provider. Coordonner avec le Logistics Help Desk les demandes de création de ‘users’ et d'adaptation de profil.

Collaboration et réunions
- avec le provider et les transporteurs pour cibler les pistes d’amélioration et augmenter la fiabilité et la convivialité de l’outil.
- Travailler avec les départements « achats non marchands » et « projets marchandise et Supply » dans le cadre de projets opérationnels à stratégiques.
- Recadrer les différents Cahiers des charges tant avec les magasins, que les transporteurs au fil des besoins d’évolution.
- Il faut également travailler concrètement sur le terrain avec les opérateurs logistiques, de transport et les magasins pour augmenter l’excellence opérationnelle et financière et permettre la réalisation effective des plans d’actions définis.
- contact régulier avec les IT managers internes et externes dans le cadre des optimizations des outils.

People management et autonomie
- Accompagner et convaincre les équipes internes et externes dans la réalisation concrète des plans d’actions.
- Etre diplomate mais ferme; éviter l'émotionnalité et gérer les tensions.
- Formation et support aux utilisateurs.
- Rapporte au Manager du planning et de transport mais est capable de travailler en toute autonomie sur base des axes stratégiques et opérationnels définis.

**Etudes & expérience**:

- Bachelier/Master : si possible logistique/transport avec connaissance IT. (business-analyste)
- Bilingue FR/NL ; des notions d’anglais sont un plus.
