**Dit is jouw topjob**:

- Onze activiteiten richten zich niet alleen op bescherming en bijstand (verzekeringen), maar ook op preventie. Daarom bieden we onze ondernemingsklanten ook ondersteuning aan om hun veiligheidsbeleid vorm te geven. Dat doet het team ‘Enterprises Non-Life - Risk Advice & Safety’. Om dat team te versterken, zoeken we nu een Safety Consultant.- Om het preventiebeleid van onze ondernemingsklanten mee uit te bouwen en te verbeteren rekenen we op jou.
- Je treedt op als adviseur van de directie en leidinggevenden van onze klanten en stelt je ervaring en kennis ter beschikking om hen te helpen de bedrijfsrisico’s te beheersen en schadegevallen te voorkomen.
- Dankzij jouw opleidingen over de diverse aspecten van het welzijnsbeleid kunnen de kaderleden en leidinggevenden van de verzekerde bedrijven hun preventieopdrachten goed begrijpen en uitvoeren.
- Uiteraard wil je de beste kwaliteit bieden Samen met je collega’s evalueer je de preventiemiddelen en -systemen die we gebruiken en doe je er alles aan om die nog te verbeteren of uit te breiden.
- Alle inlichtingen die onze klanten je doorgeven kunnen nuttig zijn voor een proactief beheer van hun contracten. Daarom werk je ook actief samen met onze interne diensten bij de opmaak van de contracten. Alleen jij kan hen een goed beeld geven van het preventiebeleid dat onze klanten voeren, op basis van een ongevallenanalyse of van een korte audit die je hebt uitgevoerd.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Kennis delen is je ding: door opleidingen en presentaties te geven, maar ook door goed te luisteren, je in te leven in je klanten en hen te overtuigen van jouw oplossingen.
- Je communiceert daarbij vlot in het Nederlands en kan ook je plan trekken in het Frans en Engels.
- De Microsoft Office-producten kennen voor jou weinig geheimen.
- Je bent industrieel ingenieur of licentiaat industriële psychologie, ergonomie, arbeidsorganisatie en hebt een postgraduaat preventieadviseur niveau 1.
- Je hebt al 5 à 10 jaar ervaring als preventieadviseur in een industriële omgeving.
