Is een initiatiefnemer, aanspreekpunt met een can-do attitude en oog voor verbeteringen, iemand die autonoom werkt en de vertaalslag weet te maken van broodnodige automatisering van het logistiek proces naar waardevolle verbeteringen om de werking van de business te optimaliseren.

**Wat ga jij allemaal doen?**

Als Application Specialist WMS zorg je ervoor dat alle IT-systemen met betrekking tot het Warehouse Management beheer worden geïmplementeerd, getest en onderhouden volgens de noden van de organisatie. Je begrijpt en vertaalt de bedrijfsnoden in configuratie van het systeem, altijd met als doel om bedrijfswaarde te creëren. Je hebt oog om voortdurend de werking van logistieke processen in de organisatie onder de loep te nemen om te optimaliseren. De logistieke processen zijn nauw verbonden met ERP processen. Je zal ook hierin ondergedompeld worden.
- Je werkt samen met het management, gebruikers en partners om de huidige behoeften, processen en beperkingen te begrijpen om oplossingen uit te werken. Je begrijpt de taal van je (interne) klant.
- Je coördineert verschillende projecten met betrekking tot ERP en WMS-systemen.
- Je monitort masterdata, systeeminstellingen en gebruikerstoegangscontrole.
- Je voert tijdig monitoring uit, je zorgt voor de administratie en performance tuning hierrond.
- Je schrijft gebruikershandleidingen, documentatie en zorgt ervoor dat deze altijd up-to date zijn. Je traint de gebruikers in het juiste gebruik van het systeem.
- Je configureert en doet het onderhoud van de mobiele apparaten waaronder barcodescanners en andere tools gerelateerd aan het WMS-systeem. Hierin wordt je ondersteund door je collega’s van het Infrastructure team.
- Je communiceert systeemveranderingen aan de gebruikers en zorgt voor de vertaling van systeemfunctionaliteit in de taal van de business. Je verzamelt de nodige gegevens bij je stakeholders om een rapportering op te bouwen.
- Je staat mee in voor de installatie en onderhoud van de infrastructuur van het Centraal Distributiecentrum in Hasselt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor allerlei vragen rond workstation management voor deze afdeling.
- Je maakt deel uit van het Infrastructure team, een team van 3 personen met heel wat kennis, je zal rapporteren aan de Teamleader Infrastructure.

**Met deze troeven heb je een streepje voor**
- Bij voorkeur heb je een bacheloropleiding genoten in een IT richting aangevuld met een eerste ervaring van 2 tot 5 jaar in een soortgelijke functie binnen Supply Chain en/of IT. Het komt erop neer dat logistieke processen weinig geheimen meer hebben voor jou.
- Ervaring met of kennis van SAP Extended Warehouse management, Dynamics 365, Lotus Centric, Dynaman, Davanti, Infor, Manhattan, LM XT, Vanboxtel, 3PL Dynamics speelt in je voordeel.
- Je hebt expertise op het gebied van query
- en rapportontwikkeling.
- Je kan processen configureren op applicatieniveau om de brug te kunnen maken tussen Logistiek en ICT.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van basis hardware.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, je krijgt energie door bedrijfsnoden te vertalen naar logistieke oplossingen.
- Je bent een “doener” die zelf durft initiatieven nemen, je kan zelfstandig functioneren en komt organisatorisch sterk uit de hoek.
- Je kan de nodige prioriteiten stellen en behoudt een helikopterview van je projecten.
- Je werkt graag autonoom maar helpt ook graag je collega's als dat nodig is.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk zowel met veel interne en externe contacten op verschillende niveaus.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en begrijp goed de Engelse taal.
