**Omschrijving**:
Als Project Consultant ga je met een vast contract op projectbasis aan de slag bij bedrijven in regio Halle. Deze vacature biedt heel wat variatie want een project duurt doorgaans 3 tot 12 maanden. De jobinhoud en sector wijzigen per opdracht. Bovendien maak je deel uit van Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions en beschik je over een zitje op de eerste rij bij het beste en snelst groeiende detacheringsteam in België.
In dit eerste project ga je aan de slag als Project Assistant in Anderlecht bij een internationale speler actief in de verwezenlijking van B2B bouwprojecten. Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je staat in voor een nauwgezette administratieve en financiële opvolging van bouwprojecten
- Je zorgt voor administratieve ondersteuning van de projectleiders
- Je bent verantwoordelijke voor het opstellen van contracten en het bezorgen van de inkooporders aan onderaannemers
- Je verzorgt de klantenfacturatie en de controle van inkomende facturen
- Je coördineert de communicatie met klanten, leveranciers, externe partners en buitenlandse collega’s
Na dit project zorgen we voor een naadloze overgang naar een volgende opdracht bij een ander boeiend bedrijf.
**Profiel**
Als Project Consultant, wil je graag bijleren of je huidige expertise verder verdiepen en ben je op zoek naar uitdaging en afwisseling.
Jouw achtergrond houdt onder andere in dat:
- Je een bachelor
- of masterdiploma op zak hebt of je al voldoende relevante ervaring opbouwde
- Je vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels spreekt
- Je vlot schakelt tussen softwareprogramma’s zoals Microsoft Word, Excel en Powerpoint.
Wat belangrijker is, zijn jouw soft skills:
- Projectmatig werken: je werkt je makkelijk in nieuwe projecten in en gaat betrokken en systematisch te werk
- Je communiceert op een duidelijke en professionele manier
- Je bent nauwkeurig en analytisch ingesteld
- Flexibel: routine is minder aan jou besteed. Je ontdekt graag nieuwe taken en bedrijven in jouw ruime regio.
