**Role description**
With its 360° view and its transversal role, OTE acts, guides and supports the tribes, chapters and agile for teams divisions in achieving their short, mid & long term ambitions by (1) ensuring strategic alignment with Group Strategy and cascading towards all CUO employees (2) elaborating, managing and monitoring the business plan, (3) ensuring CUO and SP3 strategy delivery, while (4) stimulating innovation and AI and (5) incubating transversal or transformational initiatives
In this function, which will report to OTE lead, you will focus on servicing strategy topics and bring guidance & support to CUO Tribes, mainly Omni-care tribe (with a dotted line reporting to Omni-care Tribe lead).
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure **Strategic alignment **with a focus on Servicing strategy & Omni-Care Tribe
- Preparation of strategic plan (strategy board, key strategic questions,)
- Lead the maturation of some servicing strategy initiatives (e.g, support model My Proximus +, servicing vision SME, servicing vision multi-brands, )
- Support preparation of CUO strategy cascade
- Support Omnicare Tribe in the alignment in the preparation of OKR and alignment with CUO/CBU **Business Plan**:
- Follow up of **Strategy delivery**
- Support Omni-Care Tribe Lead in the preparation of key strategic deliverables (g. status MW battles, definition of OKR’s, preparation QBR)
- Support in preparing and wrapping up the RWPs and making the link with SP3 for quarterly pre and post RWP briefing.

**Languages**
You have excellent communication skills, both written & speaking, in English and Dutch or French.
