- Voor de functie van Launch Manager bij Fisker in Brussels zijn we op zoek naar een professionele en klantgerichte leider die gericht de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de locatie kan managen. De Launch Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het werven van het team van klantadviseurs en ander personeel voor de nieuwe locatie. Je werft, traint en begeleidt een team en houdt tegelijkertijd toezicht op alle operationele vereisten. Binnen je takenpakket behoort ook het begeleiden van de klantreis: van leadgeneratie tot reservering. De ideale kandidaat is in staat om een hoge klanttevredenheid te realiseren en met zijn team topprestaties te bereiken door het creëren van een positieve werkomgeving. Naast uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden moet de kandidaat uitstekende leiderschaps
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden hebben.
- Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leiding geven, aansturen en coachen om een uitstekende en naadloze ervaring voor de klanten te garanderen-
- Begeleiden van het aannemen en verantwoordelijk voor het inwerken van klantadviseurs-
- Coördinatie van de werkschema’s van het gehele team op de locatie-
- Een ambassadeur van het merk; verstrekken van informatie aan potentiële klanten over het merk Fisker, het product, de service en dienstverlening samen met andere de aspecten bij het eigenaarschap van een Fisker voertuig horen-
- Ervoor zorgen dat de operationele procedures worden nageleefd-
- Adequaat beantwoorden van vragen van klanten met de nieuwsgierigheid om te achterhalen wat de wens of verwachting van de klant is die achter deze vraag schuilt-
- Ondersteuning bij het organiseren van proefritten en zorgdragen dat deze voertuigen helemaal in topconditie zijn hiervoor-
- Werkt proactief om technische, operationele en organisatorische problemen te identificeren en gaat op zoek, in teamverband of met partners, naar een snelle oplossing.-
- De business stimuleren door middel van klantenbetrokkenheid, opbouwen van de merkidentiteit en het genereren van leads-
- Criteria opstellen en personeel evalueren aan de hand van prestatie indicatoren- Basiskwalificaties / Kennis / Ervaring:
- Bachelordiploma in Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar vakgebied-
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een Retail omgeving in een leidinggevende functie.-
- Ervaring met het werven, aannemen en het vormen van een team, samen met het beheer van de werkschema’s-
- Sterke leiderschapscapaciteiten op het gebied van klant
- beheer en relatie-
- Klantgericht met een gedegen kennis van basisprocessen op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering-
- Uitstekende communicatieve

- Zakelijk inzicht: Levert een bijdrage aan de bedrijfsstrategie en stemt de strategische prioriteiten van de eigen regio af op de richting en strategische prioriteiten van de Europese
- en zelfs wereldwijde organisatie.-
- Klantgerichtheid: Anticipeert op veranderende behoeften van de klant en hoe deze aan te pakken, door het juiste te doen op de juiste manier.-
- Besluitvorming: Maakt tijdige, geïnformeerde beslissingen die rekening houden met de feiten, doelen, beperkingen en risico's.-
- Analytisch denken: Relevante informatie verzamelen, belangrijke problemen identificeren, gegevens uit verschillende bronnen vergelijken; de juiste conclusies trekken om tot passende oplossingen of nieuwe ideeën te komen.-
- Teamwerk en samenwerking: Faciliteert samenwerking, is actief betrokken bij besluitvormingsprocessen en het delen van “Best Practices”-
- Toont Mondiaal Perspectief: Geeft blijk van inzicht in de wereldwijde marktpositie van de organisatie, kansen, mogelijkheden en bedreigingen door de concurrentie en houdt rekening met culturele kwesties en geografische verschillen bij het maken van plannen en beslissingen.Extra vereisten:
