**The role**
We are looking for a **Launch Manager for Belgium and Luxemburg** who will be part of building and running our market commercial operations. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.
**This is what you will do most of the time**:
- Build and and grow the go-to-market strategy for the Belgium and Luxemburg market.
- Set and achieve the specific commercial objectives for your market - volume, margin, channel mix.
- Develop, steer, and manage the sales network across the 2 markets.
- Build relationships with the key B2B (fleet) market.
- Conduct market analysis to understand market trends, identifying new opportunities to stay one step ahead of the competition.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to our customers and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within ZEEKR, such as Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for dealer groups.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to ZEEKR management.
- Be the focal point for aftersales queries, ensuring communication to ZEEKR aftersales team to ensure our dealer groups have the information and support they need.
**To be successful in this role you should demonstrate**:
- Extensive experience with building and launching an automotive brand.
- Proven experience working across different automotive sales channels - fleet, retail, digital etc.
- A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Solution oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
- collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
- Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as fluent English, French and Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Degree in Business or similar is a nice-to-have.
