**We currently have an excellent career opportunity for a hands-on Marketing professional to join our global Marketing team and lead all marketing activities in the EMEA Region; from budgeting and planning to the development, execution and tracking of regional programs.**

As our regional Field Marketing Manager, you will ensure global brand consistency, provides industry and market analysis to enable strategic decision making, and work closely with the Head of Global Field Marketing to create and execute the right strategies to drive growth.

Your responsibilities include
- Manage the regional yearly marketing plan, budget, and strategy required to achieve marketing goals and sales targets.
- Develop and execute online campaigns to drive inbound marketing traffic.
- Manage offline marketing activities including events and seminars.
- Work with the regional sales leaders to localize content and implement programs.
- Manage co-marketing activities with the reseller network.
- Work closely with key teams across the company including Global Marketing, Go-To-Market, Sales, and Pre-Sales to ensure regional plans and strategies are aligned.
- Develop marketing insights on local markets and ensures the right strategies and tactics are in place to take advantage of new opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting to management on regional KPI’s, achievements and challenges.

We are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant major.
- 5-10 years’ experience **in B2B marketing in a high-tech products company** or a relevant industry.
- Proven ability to develop, manage and execute integrated marketing plans in support of business strategy.
- Outstanding planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. With the ability to manage requests and expectations from a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with virtual team members.
- Good business acumen - an understanding of design, engineering, or construction markets, is a plus, but not essential.
- Experience with online tools such as Figma, ClickUp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
