**Marketing Analytics Specialist**:
**Your job in a nutshell**

Hey there Join Springbok as a marketing** analytics specialist **and become the go-to person for everything related to data, tracking, reporting and analytics.

Your gig? Tackling projects for big-name clients and teaming up with different client squads. You serve as both an internal and external point of contact for measuring and boosting online performance.

You’ll be digging into data sources for those sweet optimization insights, connecting the dots between datasets, and guiding companies towards a more data-savvy future. That means slicing and dicing website stats, crafting reports and sparring with your clients.

But we’re not just throwing you into the deep end. At Springbok, we’re all about positive growth. You’ll be keeping your finger on the pulse of data trends, swapping knowledge in team sessions, and sharing your eureka moments with the crew.

You’ll be part of the Performance cell, hanging out with our digital marketing team in Belgium. That means working alongside a great team of marketers with diverse skills, and we’re big on coaching, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Oh, and here’s the kicker: you’ll be the first official marketing analytics specialist in Belgium. But fear not, you’ll be seamlessly connected with our Data cell over in Den Bosch (NL), filled with data engineers, data scientists, analysts and developers ready to support you. Trust us, you’ll be in good hands.

**What you’ll do**
- **Uncover data gems**: performing periodic and ad hoc analyses and reporting on big data or website and web statistics, and translating large amounts of data into actionable insights.

**Guide clients to success**: help clients choose the right goals and targets to focus on for growth.

**Make data sing**: create visually appealing dashboards that make data easy to understand for clients.

**Put insights into action**: implementing and managing recommended measurements, data flows, and optimizations using JavaScript, SQL, Python, or other programming languages.

**Cloud whiz**: designing and optimising data flows using cloud infrastructures.

**Team player**: guiding implementations of analysis tools, independently or with a colleague.

**Your (growing) skillset**- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Experience with Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication abilities.
- You tackle challenges head-on and find solutions before anyone else.
- You’re a helper by nature: always ready to lend a hand and share your expertise.
