**Functie**:
Voor onze klant actief in de Gentse Zeehaven, zijn we op zoek naar een **Teamleader in 3 ploegen**.
Als **teamleader** krijg je een breed takenpakket:
- Jouw hoofdtaak is het ondersteunen en coachen van de (hulp)operatoren;
- Begeleiding van medewerkers aangaande doelstellingen en resultaten;
- Overleg mbt het functioneren van de medewerkers (conflicten, zorg, sanctioneren, werking..)
- Deelnemen en geven van teamborden, operationele ondersteuning (handson);
- Uitdragen van kwaliteitsbeleid, rekening houden met de prioriteiten;
- Opmaken van de personeelsplanning;
- Je staat in voor het efficiënt beheer van de afdeling, het tijdig afleveren van kwaliteitsvolle producten, rekening houdend met productieplanning.
**Profiel**:
Onze ideale collega** Teamleader** kan dit afvinken:
- Reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende / coachende functie;
- Een productieomgeving (evt. voeding) heeft voor jou geen geheimen;
- Je bent een ware teamplayer en kan goed communiceren;
- Dit typeert je: stressbestendig, verbindende communicatiestijl en grote luisterbereidheid;
- Reeds ervaring met en sterk in coaching;
- Werken volgens de hygiëne-normen, met oog voor (voedsel) veiligheid en kwaliteit is je niet onbekend;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal met goede basis Engels;
- Je kan goed overweg met de computer; MS Office, Remote Desk Control, LIMS..

- 05:00 - 13:00 (ploegpremie 9%)
- 13:00 - 21:00 (ploegpremie 9%)
- 21:00-05:00 (ploegpremie 29%)
