Eurima is the European Insulation Manufacturers Association based in Brussels representing the interests of all major mineral wool insulation producers in the EU. Eurima members manufacture a wide range of glass
- and stone wool products for thermal and acoustic insulation and fire protection of domestic and commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

The association has built-up a reputation as reliable stakeholder in the construction sector debates on Energy Savings, Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Sustainable Construction. The association has a continuous and pro-active research-program to support and ensure the highest technical performance standards for mineral wool insulation products and provide a strong “sound-science” knowledgebase as input into EU standardization process, relevant product and industry policies and generic industry communications.

For the further development of our client, Key4Nova is looking for their future:
**Administration Manager**:
As the Office/Administration Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Brussels office, supporting the mission and contributing to the growth of EURIMA. This role involves managing operations, organizing industry meetings, handling accountancy and finance tasks, overseeing human resources, and ensuring legal compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Ensure optimal day-to-day operations, creating a dynamic and efficient work environment. Oversee office infrastructure, including space planning, procurement, equipment maintenance, and IT system management.
- Regularly assess office procedures, suggesting improvements and implementing new systems as needed. Ensure legal compliance, keeping abreast of changes in regulations that affect the office's operations.
- Facilitate effective communication within the office, conducting regular team meetings to discuss updates, share information, and align on organizational goals.

**Event and Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize significant industry events and meetings, handling all aspects of planning from concept to execution. Ensure these gatherings align with EURIMA's mission and objectives.
- Manage logistics such as venue selection, equipment, attendee coordination, and liaising with vendors. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including EURIMA members, partners, and policymakers.
- Actively engage with external stakeholders during events to enhance EURIMA's influence and reputation in the industry, ensuring that meetings are productive and achieve desired outcomes.

**Financial and HR Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate, together with external partners, financial tasks, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and monitoring.
- Control HR-related functions, such as payroll, employee record management, and handling HR inquiries. You will also ensure that the onboarding of new hires will proceed successfully.
- Develop and execute HR policies, focusing on creating a cohesive and supportive organizational culture. Enhance internal communications, ensuring employees are informed and engaged with EURIMA's mission and values.

**Profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in office management, preferably in non-profit advocacy or association environments.
- Expertise in office operations, event planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Perfect proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, IT proficiency, financial acumen, and legal administration knowledge.
- Adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and ethical judgment.
- You live in or nearby the Brussels Area.
