Building on its reputation as manufacturer of architectural lighting, Delta Light has grown to become a trendsetter when it comes to lighting designs for residential, commercial and professional environments. Ranging from retail to residential, office, public, showrooms to hospitality and landscape projects, small to very large scale, Delta Light has the product range, experience and knowledge to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of your projects.
Over the years Delta Light established its growth based on in-house design, R&D, quality control, testing and production. From design to engineering and prototyping, all the way to production, packaging and stockingall is handled at the Delta Light headquarters in Belgium.
**Job description**
Collaborating closely with our Art Director and R&D team, you will be responsible for designing new products that not only meet technical specifications but also captivate consumers with their aesthetics and functionality:
- You contribute to the innovative look and feel of the brand and the collection.
- You evaluate your designs from the perspective of consumers and the market, analyzing how they will impact the overall lighting experience for end-users.
- You engage in a continuous dialogue with the Art Director to ensure that product designs align with Delta Light's distinctive style and vision.
- Given the importance of design within our family-owned business you have regular contact with the company owners.
- You challenge and deliver You ask the right questions and have a constructive mindset, keen on making the designs better and respecting the technical specs and deadlines.
- You have close contact with suppliers to be inspired by new materials and think outside the box.
- You can push the boundaries of a concept with great design: restrictions of the design makes you go the extra mile and gives you extra energy.
**Profile**
- Pen and paper are enough for you to visualize a concept or prototype on the spot. You have good knowledge of various software tools, helping you bring your concepts to life.
- You have a healthy aversion to procedures
- You have a creative degree, but even more important than degrees: your life is filled with passion
- You think in terms of solutions, not problems
- You use your creativity for pioneering in the organization

- You have strong communication skills and you are fluent in English or Dutch
