Ils mettent en avant des expériences immersives qui racontent des histoires.

**A propos du job**
La société a décidé de créer **2 nouveaux postes** de **Senior** **Project Manager** afin de faire face à la charge de travail qui a augmenté ces derniers mois pour diverses raisons (fusion et reprise post-covid).
- Pour un des postes, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec un Account Manager et 2 project Manager junior sur différents projets comme par exemple :_ _**_l'organisation de réunions pour des clients dans le secteur pharma ou des assurances_**_._ **Pour ces clients, vous organisez leurs réunions à l'étranger pour le lancement d'un nouveau médicaments**. Vous organisez les deux journées où sont conviés les médecins càd vous bookez les hotels, restaurants, salle de réunions. Vous organisez les soirées à thème ou activités pour lesquels vous faites preuve de créativité. Vous soumettez des idées innovantes et ensuite coordonnez l’organisation de l'event avec un haut niveau de service. En tant que senior Project Manager, vous gérez une équipe de 2 projets Manager. Vous êtes prêt à voyager.
- Pour le second poste, **vous travaillez pour la division Events qui gère des events pour différents clients de l'agence**. Vous gérez de A à Z. Vous rencontrez les prospects, écoutez les besoins, soumettez vos idées créatives, vous pitchez. Une fois le projet gagné, vous le mettez en oeuvre avec vos collègues qui sont 2 project Manager. Par exemple, _vous organisez la soirée du personnel pour 5000 personnes._

- Vous avez au minimum **5 ans d'expérience dans l'organisation d'evenements**:
- Vous faites preuve de créativité
- Vous parlez couramment le **Français et l'Anglais** ou **le Néerlandais, l'Anglais et le Français**:
- Excel et Powerpoint n'ont pas de secrets pour vous
- vous êtes prêts à travailler 3 jours/semaine à Bruxelles 1000 -1030
