Als
**Competence Center Lead Automation** heb je een tweeledige rol:
**Lead engineer automation**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de engineering van procescontrolesystemen bij de klant.
- Je staat in voor het programmeren van PLC's en HMI-panelen en/of het programmeren van SCADA-systemen.
- Je helpt mee bij de inbedrijfstelling.
- Je geeft trainingen aan operatoren en andere betrokken partijen
- Je beschikt over de nodige vaardigheden om een team van automation engineers te leiden.

**Competence Center Lead ‘automation’**
- Je identificeert nieuw talent binnen je domein en ondersteunt het talent acquisition team bij de aanwerving ervan.
- Je beoordeelt het expertiseniveau m.b.t. technisch inhoudelijke kennis van (toekomstige) consultants om correct advies te kunnen geven inzake training en aanwerving.
- Je past correct data management toe om de kennis en ervaring binnen jouw competentiedomein te beheren
- Je zet via het Competence Center in op kennisdeling en draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor opleidingen omtrent automation
- Je geeft input in de opmaak van loopbaanpaden voor consultants en geeft zo mee richting aan hun groei en ontwikkeling.
- Je vertegenwoordigt Select Projects als Competence Center Lead automation bv. bij de klant en tijdens congressen
- Je hebt inzicht in ontwikkelingen en businessnoden omtrent jouw vakgebied mede via nauw contact en samenwerking met je collega-consultants binnen je Competence Center
- Je investeert in continue verbeteringen die de werking en groei van jouw en de andere Competence Centers van Select Projects stimuleren
- Je bent een expert in het vakgebied ‘automation’.
- Plc, scada, siemens, TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7,kennen geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je bent een netwerker die de belangen van Select Projects mee kan verdedigen bij onze klanten en consultants.
- Je bent empathisch en bezit de nodige mensenkennis om als ‘coach’ te fungeren voor jouw pool van consultants.
- Je beschikt over het Select Projects DNA en deelt zo onze normen en waarden.
