We zijn een succesvol Fintech bedrijf en vieren bijna ons 20-jarig bestaan. Toch hebben we de mentaliteit en de samenwerking van een start-up kunnen behouden. De filosofie van LYNX focust erop privé beleggers dezelfde handelsmogelijkheden en tools te bieden als deze waarover professionelen beschikken. **Wat doet een Trading Support Specialist?**:
Je hebt een belangrijke taak in ons team: Onze klanten gelukkig en tevreden houden.
Dankzij jouw efficiënte communicatie en klantgerichte oplossingen bieden we een uitmuntende klantenservice. Dit houdt in dat je bij LYNX met heel gevariëerde vragen in aanraking komt.
Je helpt klanten bijvoorbeeld bij inlogproblemen, maar je geeft ook uitleg over de beschikbare ordertypes. Je geeft klanten uitleg over het gebruik van de effectenrekening, maar je legt ook uit hoe een Vertical Call spread werkt en wat de marginvereiste daarvan is.
Je leert alle dagen nieuwe zaken en als je interesse hebt in de financiële wereld en producten dan ben je hier op je plaats. Je krijgt de kans om alle facetten van beleggen onder de knie te krijgen. Aan jou de taak om samen met je team de klanten te woord te staan en van uitstekende service te voorzien.
Afhankelijk van je interesses en kwaliteiten kan je ook meewerken aan projecten binnen je afdeling.

Je bent energiek, en je bent in staat om je passie en interesse in financiën over te brengen aan mensen.
Je bent klantgericht, hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Kennis van Frans is zeker een meerwaarde
Je hebt een diploma in een financiële richting, of bent bereid de nodige certificaten te behalen.
