As an Agile coach, you play a crucial role in this transformation. You onboard networks of agile teams in the agile way of working, mindset and team dynamics. You actively stimulate people to achieve top performance and create value for the company.

As agile coach you facilitate agile ceremonies, typically at network of teams level, and guide the teams towards self-organization. You identify the needs for specific coaching of the team (members) and its leaders, identify which agile practices are best fit for the agile teams. And you ensure the agile teams gradually takes over these practices.

Role & responsibilities
- **Build highly effective networks of agile teams**:

- Track the group dynamics of the agile teams, tribes, circles,..
- Contribute to an atmosphere of confidence and trust and motivate to reach set targets
- Manage resistance to change
- Hold regular assessment of squads/tribes functioning and communicate improvement opportunities
- Facilitate problem solving workshops
- **Embed the agile approach and mindset for the squad team members & leadership**
- Teach, facilitate, coach and mentor people in different levels of the organization on the agile way of working & mindset/team dynamics
- Mentorkey roles like scrum masters, PO’s and leaders to foster personal and professional growth of others by challenging and coaching
- Bring the agile teams to autonomy and self-organization
- **Take a leading role in growing the Proximus agile coach capability**
- Inspire, Mentor, teach less experienced agile coaches to help them grow in a safe environment.
- Contribute to the industrialisation of the agile coaching & training approach.
- Give guidance and insights on how supportive levers should evolve to become a true agile company like financial governance, Portfolio management, performance management,

Profile
- You have a proven track record of coaching large networks of agile teams in corporates,
- You have experience and feel comfortable of coaching senior leadership.
- Deep knowledge of Lean agile practices, Scrum, Kanban, and at least one scaling framework.
- You are highly proficient when it comes to the skills required to be successful as an agile coach (facilitating, teaching, mentoring, coaching)
