**LE TRAVAIL**:

- Vous dirigez une équipe d'environ 4 collaborateurs. Vous veillez à une bonne répartition des tâches et vous apportez aide et conseils à votre team.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi correct des aspects financiers (comptabilité, analyses, contrôles et reporting) du processus de vente quotidien.
- Vous assurez activement le suivi et la gestion des débiteurs.
- Vous participez à la recherche de solutions en cas de problèmes dans le processus de facturation.
- Vous identifiez les possibilités d'amélioration et prenez volontiers des initiatives en ce sens.
- Vous assurez un bon échange d'informations avec la comptabilité centrale.
- Vous assurez la communication et la concertation avec les account managers.
- Vous êtes responsable du reporting des KPI dans le processus de vente.
- Vous rapportez au manager General Accounting sur les progrès et problèmes quotidiens.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes en possession d'un Master dans une orientation économique ou financière, ou expérience équivalente (bachelier).
- Vous possédez une expérience pertinente d'au moins 5 ans.
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe et agissez toujours en véritable coach pour votre équipe.
- Vous êtes très communicatif et suffisamment assertif. Vous êtes soucieux d'une bonne collaboration avec les collègues de votre service et des autres services
- Vous avez un talent certain pour résoudre un problème analytique et vous nourrissez une passion pour les chiffres. Vous n'avez pas peur de mettre la main à la pâte.
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et l'esprit d'initiative. Vous êtes également ouvert aux idées des autres.
- Vous faites preuve de résistance au stress.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la seconde langue nationale.
- Une connaissance de SAP, en particulier SD et/ou FI constitue un atout important.
- Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des outils MS Office (Word, Excel,...).
