**Senior Scrum Master dans un environnement IT**:
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Hybrid Work: Yes (50% onsite, 50% remote)
Contract Type: Permanent Contract - Full-time
Mandatory Languages: Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and French or Dutch (C1 minimum)
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes, support project teams, and promote continuous improvement. You will play a key role in removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams remain aligned with Agile best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth Agile adoption.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and sprint planning.
- Coach and guide teams to enhance their Agile maturity and self-organization.
- Identify and remove obstacles affecting team performance, ensuring focus on sprint goals.
- Oversee Agile project tracking and risk management.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Languages: Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in a similar role.
- Certifications: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
- Understanding of automated testing and continuous integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage.
