Elke dag ben jij onmisbaar voor het succes van onze winkel. We vinden het geweldig dat we op jou kunnen rekenen om naar onze klanten te luisteren en hen het gepaste advies te geven.

Dankzij jouw passie voor beweging, je energieke klantvriendelijkheid en je verkregen productkennis weet jij precies wat de klant nodig heeft.

Samen met je team haal je het beste uit jullie afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat deze er altijd tip-top uitziet.

Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar **actieve sporters** in de volgende disciplines:
Ski, snowboard, vissen, jacht, paardrijden, fitness, (trail)running, fietsen, hiking.

**We hebben jou als winkelmedewerker nodig om ons te helpen met**:

- donner aux clients les bons conseils.
- het creëren van een positieve klantervaring, van de eerste glimlach tot hulp bieden aan de kassa.
- garantir une offre adaptée à nos clients.

**Over Decathlon**

In 1997 kwam Decathlon naar België en is ondertussen uitgegroeid tot 35 winkels, een logistiek centrum in Willebroek en een hoofdzetel in Evere.

Ook wereldwijd zijn we een gekende naam in de retail van sportartikelen met zo’n 100 000 medewerkers in 70 landen.

We delen allemaal dezelfde missie: het plezier en de voordelen van sport op een duurzame manier voor zoveel mogelijk mensen toegankelijk maken.

**Wat kun je van ons verwachten?**

Travailler à mi-temps en tant que collaborateur/trice signifie que nous attendons de vous que vous travailliez 28 heures par semaine. Il est bien entendu possible de travailler 35 heures en fonction des besoins du departement. Afin de garantir un bon équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, nous serons heureux de discuter avec vous de la flexibilité nécessaire en matière d'horaires.

Vous aurez la liberté de développer vos talents, grâce à l'accompagnement personnel de votre teamleader, au coaching, à diverses formations, mais aussi aux essais et aux erreurs.

Pour renforcer l'esprit d'équipe et l'ambiance de travail, nous organisons des journées d'équipe et prévoyons des moments de sport collectif pendant les heures de travail.

- Brutoloon vanaf 2070,57 euro. Ervaring? We gaan hierover graag met jou in gesprek.
- Chèques-repas de 8 euros par jour, prime de fin d'année et double pécule de vacances.
- Variabel loon: maandelijkse premie bij een positief resultaat van de winkel en jaarlijkse winstdeling in de vorm van Decathlon aandelen.
- 4 semaines de vacances + 6 jours de congé ADV pour un contrat à temps plein.
- Vergoeding woon-werkverkeer. Kom je met de fiets, dan ontvang je 0,27 euro per afgelegde kilometer.
