We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Key Account Manager on Decathlon Marketplace, driving business growth and customer satisfaction by partnering with partners across Europe. If you’re passionate about e-commerce, sports, and digital innovation, this role is for you.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**1. Partner Success and Performance Analysis**:
- Act as the key contact for our partners, ensuring a successful marketplace journey by boosting their performances.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales and business performance using CRM and dashboards, translating insights into action plans to improve GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
- Ensure partners adhere to legal frameworks and Decathlon’s marketplace policies, including service level, customer satisfaction and product performance.
**2. Partner Support and Communication**:
- Manage relationships with partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, create action plans, and guide partners in achieving their business goals.
- Lead meetings, share best practices with the internal KAM (Key Account Manager) community, and ensure data and insights are continuously updated in CRM systems.
**3. Business Development and Commercial Growth**:
- Develop and execute commercial plans to optimize the product offering, stock availability, and pricing strategies.
- Drive business growth by supporting partners in scaling their business across EU countries and offering B2B services to boost performance.
- Ensure partners maximize the visibility and performance of their products through strategic marketing and commercial campaigns.
**4. Long-Term Strategic Partnerships**:
- Foster long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with Decathlon’s vision and values.
- Negotiate exclusive deals, develop Decathlon ambassadors from key partners, and link them with broader Decathlon initiatives.
- Ensure partners are integrated into loyalty programs and maintain mutual growth through exclusive opportunities.
**5. Cross-Team Collaboration and Process Optimization**:
- Work with international colleagues and internal teams to enhance partner performance and alignment across multiple channels.
- Actively contribute to Decathlon’s marketplace model by sharing best practices, improving workflows, and supporting overall marketplace projects.
**Your Profile**:
- ** Languages**: Bilingual in Dutch-English or French-English (trilingual is a plus).
- ** Experience**: Demonstrated success in e-commerce account management or business development, experience on marketplace platforms is a plus.
- ** Skills**: Strong analytical capabilities, able to translate data into action. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- ** Passion for Sports**: Being actively engaged in sports is a key part of Decathlon’s culture.
- ** Problem-Solver**: Optimistic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Able to navigate challenges and drive results.
