**Responsibilities**:
Mission
- You will implement the processes described by the company and make the transition to the right systems. To do this, you will work under the supervision of the (D'Easy) Relationship Manager and in collaboration with other commercial teams within the company.
- You will be the single point of contact for the Project Manager Digital Transformation.
- You will facilitate the roll-out of new systems and compliance with the associated processes.
- You will train the groups you bring together on site and familiarise them with the use of the systems.
- You supervise and train people on the ground in their area (sales, after-sales, workshop) and convince them of a new way of working.
- You will report transparently and clearly to the (D'Easy) Relationship Manager and prepare the appropriate reports.
- You work for and from the various retailer sites and are therefore mobile within a fixed region.
- You will establish SMART objectives with each group of retailers.
- You will support the Digital Transformation Project Manager in achieving operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
- You will liaise with the IT Service Desk, which provides remote support for users with technical IT problems.
