Wij zijn op zoek naar een **Warehouse Officer **in **Hasselt **. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou?
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je bent als logistieke spilfiguur de trekkende kracht achter het **verder uitbouwen van het magazijn en de daarbij horende logistieke processen **.
- Je houdt de **stockverhoudingen op peil **, de stockrotatie wordt op regelmatige basis geanalyseerd en alle onderdelen liggen op de meest efficiënte locatie.
- Je **zoekt en bestelt vrachtwagenonderdelen en accessoires **. Je neemt de leveringen in ontvangst, controleert ze en zet de onderdelen op de juiste locatie.
- Je beheert de **administratieve flow van de verwerking van de bestelling tot de facturatie **. Je verzorgt ook de eventuele retours.
- Je staat in **nauw overleg met de mecaniciens, de aankoopafdeling, leveranciers en interne collega's **over diverse afdelingen heen. Je rapporteert aan de operations manager.
- Je zet de technische onderdelen klaar voor de mecaniciens in de werkplaats in Hasselt alsook voor verzendingen naar andere vestigingen.
- Je bekijkt continue de logistieke processen met een kritisch oog en **zorgt voor duurzame verbeteringen.**
**Profil**:
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je hebt een **bachelor diploma in een logistieke richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.**:
- Je bent gepassioneerd door wagens en of vrachtwagens en je hebt kennis van verschillende wagen
- en vrachtwagenonderdelen.
- Je beschikt over **sterke communicatieve vaardigheden **.
- Eigenschappen als **gedreven, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd **kenmerken jou. Verder ben je ook een echte **teamplayer **.
- Je kan vlot overweg met een computer. Je hebt ervaring met ERP software en Excel.
- Je werkt in dagregime maar je stelt je flexibel op.
