Profiel en ervaring:

- Je bent in het bezit van een voor de opleiding relevant bachelor
- of masterdiploma.

- Je bent een enthousiast, dynamisch persoon die studenten en docenten inspireert en stimuleert in hun groei naar professional.
- Bijkomende opleidingen in personal development, (people/competentie) management, leadership, coachingzijn een pluspunt.

Inhoud van de opdracht:

- Je bent een people-manager; je weet mensen te motiveren voor je projecten.
- Als opleidingscoördinator heb je de dagelijkse leiding over een opleidingsteam en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor studenten, alumni, werkveld en beleid. In een klimaat van gedeeld leiderschap zorg je voor een opleiding die door het werkveld erkend wordt als toonaangevend, en die voor studenten en docenten een uitdagende, open en prettige leergemeenschap vormt. De functie van opleidingscoördinator wordt idealiter gecombineerd met een deeltijdse lesopdracht en/of andere onderwijsactiviteiten.
- Je werkt graag met studenten en begeleidt hen in het behalen van hun competenties in opleidingsonderdelen zoals o.a. stages, praktijklabs en bachelorproeven.
- Je waakt over de inhoud & de kwaliteit van het curriculum en je kan bijsturen waar nodig. Je zorgt ervoor dat je opleiding een duidelijke identiteit heeft en future proof blijft.
- Je neemt actief deel aan het overleg binnen het opleidingsteam en werkt samen met collega’s in een positieve werksfeer.
- Je inspireert bij de verdere uitbouw van de opleidingen in de Business Unit.
- Je wordt (bij voorkeur maximaal in de eigen opleiding) mee ingeschakeld in diverse onderwijs
- en organisatie-ondersteunende taken (zoals o.a. vakgroepwerking, goedkeuringsproces ECTS-fiches, zoektocht naar en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, aanreiken van input voor functioneringsgesprekken, deelname aan PR-activiteiten, uitbouw van studentenparticipatie).
- Je bent bereid om relevante seminaries voor je opleiding te organiseren in het kader van Business Seminars.
- Je rapporteert aan de Opleidingsmanager International Business Management
